How to order? It is very easy!

By adapting to your needs, the BlackDotAudio online store gives you the opportunity to quickly purchase the selected product.


The ordering process is a few simple steps:

Product Search

In the BlackDotAudio online store, you can use three options to find the product you are looking for:

• Bookmarks in the main menu at the top of the website. The products in the BlackDotAudio online store have been divided into main categories: Speakers, Crossover parts, Audio sockets and plugs, Audio cables, Accessories, DIY kits, Electronics. Each category has more detailed subcategories and is a collection of products in the store's offer.
• The text search in the upper right corner of the page allows you to quickly search for products by reference number, product type or other parameter.
• Searching with specified parameters. It allows easy filtering of products by: loudspeaker type, membrane material, loudspeaker size, efficiency, inductance of coils, capacity, etc. Just select the category and the parameter you are interested on the left, and then click "Filter".

Order completion

Order completing begins when the product is placed in the Basket using the "ADD TO CART" button. By clicking on the "ADD TO CART" button, the product being in the BlackDotAudio online store assortment is selected at the time the order is placed, in accordance with its description and price.
Access to your basket is possible by clicking the icon representing the basket in the upper right corner, and then the "GO TO CART" button.
When completing the order - until you click the "PLACE ORDER" button, you have the option of previewing and modifying the order, in particular regarding the selection of goods, the area and method of delivery, the payment method.
After placing all the products you want to buy in the Basket, click "GO TO CHECKOUT". At this stage, a page will start where you can choose how to place the order. When making purchases at the BlackDotAudio online store, you have two ways to place an order:

1. with login - if you already have a registered account at the BlackDotAudio Online Store. Registration is free and very fast, it will take you no more than three minutes. By registering in our Store you gain access to additional options such as order history, the ability to track the status of your order and the ability to receive the most current information about our products. In addition, you save time, because you do not have to complete data each time you place an order.

2. without logging in - we respect your privacy, which is why we enable you to make purchases without logging in to our website. By choosing this option, we will ask you to enter the data needed to complete the order once. We also provide for the option of registering in the Online Store and creating a Customer Account after placing the order.


Selecting the place of delivery and method of payment

In the next step, we will ask you to choose the place of delivery, method of payment and fill out the order form, including your data necessary to complete the order.
The ordered goods can be delivered within the territory of European Union in the following way:

• courier - the fastest form of delivery, the package is usually delivered within 3-5 business day from the day of shipment

Payment methods available for orders with delivery within the European Union are:

Fill out the information required in the "Shipping Address" section and click the "PAYMENT" button to choose your preferred payment method and check all entered data and content of your order. This is the last page where you can go back to editing your order by clicking the pencil icon.

The order will be confirmed by clicking on the "Place order" button. This way you place an order in the BlackDotAudio online store. Placing an order implies an obligation to pay. After clicking "Place order", a page will appear where you can pay if you pay in advance, then you'll see the page with the number of the order placed. Remember that with online payments we wait 48 hours for your payment, after which the order is automatically canceled.
After you have successfully placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Upon receipt of this message, a sales contract is concluded between you and BlackDotAudio.

After completing the order, the goods will be delivered to the place indicated in the order.
