Return policy

BlackDotAudio always aims for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your products or the products turn out to be defective, then you have two options: you can return your products and get a new product instead or you can choose to receive the order amount back. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically seize the good.

How does the return policy works?

You can inform us in writing or by e-mail to revoke the agreement. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your announcement regarding the withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Our return process

You are not required to use the model withdrawal form. If you return your order, we ask you to go through the following steps:

Contact our customer service via info@blackdotaudio.eu and state your name and order number in the e-mail. You can find the order number in your confirmation mail.


You receive the return instructions by e-mail. The costs for returning your order are for your own account. Return shipments can be sent to the following address

After we received and inspected the products we will refund the purchase amount or send new products to you. After we have received the return products we will take action within four business days.

Can I return my product?

At BlackDotAudio you may return your product within 14 days. If you meet the following conditions, you can return your product:

You purchased the product less than 14 days ago
The product is unused and is in its original state
The original packaging is undamaged
If you do not meet these requirements, it may be that your return is rejected. In that case, we advise you to contact our customer service.

Consequences of returning your order

If you revoke the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer) in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, from us back. If you only return a part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method you used to pay for your order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged for the refund. If we received your order we will inspect the products first. You must return or hand over the goods within 14 days, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of the decision to cancel the agreement.
